This is an interesting read for any individual that wishes to know what notable people thought about God and religion. Joan Konner conceived and edited The Atheist’s Bible, which became a national bestseller in I think the editor made a great work, I am sure many will find inspiration in these quotes, as well as entertainment.
The collection brings together, in one portable volume, the thoughts of well-known writers and philosophers, artists and musicians, poets and playwrights, geniuses and jokers, demonstrating that some of the finest minds explored, feared, confronted, experienced, and played with the real or imagined presence of nothing in their lives.

Some of the quotes from TQA are repeated here, though mercifully, the “author” doesn’t impose her own views nearly as often as Jack Huberman “author” of TQA does.

That’s two too many Not incredibly well-organized, to be honest although it tries to bebut it still contains a lot of great quotes from respected people, and it’s great for a read-a-bit-before-bed kind of book.

El libro es interesante. I for one, get completely sick and tired being told by preachers, that if I want to be moralistic, I have to believe in this and that. You can say “Gee, your life must be pretty bleak if you don’t think there’s a purpose.
